Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC seeks a Manager of Hardware Integration Operations to lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for supply coordination, rack engineering readiness, third-party integration, and deployment coordination across global data-center programs.

You will own the team’s day-to-day execution and scale, govern BOM consistency, drive supplier performance, and partner with Engineering, Infrastructure Operations, Security, Logistics, and Hardware Sourcing to turn pilots into

Experience in hardware manufacturing and supply-chain ops.
Operational knowledge of rack-level server, network, power, cabling.
Supplier performance, capacity escalations, cross-functional programs.
Budget, forecasts, production metrics, process development.
Global collaboration and ability to travel for supplier reviews.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team spanning supply-chain, rack integration engineering, and program management.
Own the rack integration operations—capacity, materials, supplier readiness, deployment.
Guide technical readiness and standards for new rack architectures and product introductions.
Lead supplier and commercial operations, including reviews and negotiations.
Expand rack integration capabilities and scale pilot programs into global operations.
Transform processes and tooling, optimize ERP workflows, and drive data-driven decisions.
