Wonder is seeking a General Manager for a shared kitchen location in Princeton, TX to lead a multifunctional team across brands and channels. You will own the local P&L, optimize labor, and ensure service excellence from dine-in to delivery.

You will manage both employees and contract partners, drive KPI milestones, and partner with brand operators to grow the business while maintaining top safety and quality standards.

Formación

• 3+ years leading high-volume, complex operations in logistics, hospitality, or ecommerce.
• Proven track record of KPI delivery and operational excellence in fast-paced environments.
• Strong leadership with cross-functional influence and ability to manage both employees and contract staff.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee all day-to-day operations across kitchen, service, and fulfillment (dine-in, pickup, delivery)
• Optimize labor deployment, throughput, and service execution
• Ensure compliance with labor, food safety, and safety standards
• Monitor inventory, waste reduction, and shelf-life adherence
• Drive KPIs and data-informed decisions to improve guest experience
• Lead cross-brand collaboration and manage partnerships and vendors
• Own the location P&L and influence cost control and margins
• Develop talent pipelines and coach managers-in-training
