Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership in industrial product manufacturing and service operations.
• Strong strategic thinking, business acumen, and financial leadership capability.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
