The role requires P&L responsibility and the ability to work 45+ hours weekly in a fast-paced kitchen and dining environment. Base salary ranges from $60,000 to $65,000 per year with potential bonus, plus a comprehensive benefits package

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years as a General Manager with P&L responsibility preferred.
• Food Safety Certification required; comply with state requirements.
• Strong leadership and customer-focused mindset; able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Train, coach and develop shop team members to realize potential.
