Job summary

Courtesy Chevrolet, part of Courtesy Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced Wholesale Parts Salesperson with GM dealership background to join our team in Phoenix. You will develop new wholesale accounts, strengthen relationships with fleet and independent repair facilities, and drive parts sales across GM and Isuzu Truck lines.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of wholesale parts sales experience with GM, deep knowledge of GM Genuine Parts, and a proven record of meeting sales

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of wholesale parts sales experience with a General Motors dealership.
• Proven success in developing and growing wholesale parts business.
• Extensive knowledge of GM Genuine Parts, accessories, and parts catalog systems.
• Established relationships within the automotive wholesale market preferred.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale customers, including independent repair facilities, collision centers, fleet accounts, and other dealerships.
• Actively pursue new business opportunities and grow wholesale parts sales within the assigned territory.
• Provide expert recommendations on GM Genuine Parts and accessories.
• Prepare and process parts quotations, orders, and follow-up communications.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and gross profit goals.
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment and coordinate with internal departments to provide exceptional service.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
• Stay informed on GM parts programs, promotions, market trends, and competitor activity.
• Utilize dealership software and CRM tools to manage customer accounts and sales activities.
