Job summary

Gwinnett Place Ford in Duluth, GA seeks a Bilingual Wholesale Parts Account Specialist to own and grow our wholesale parts operations for mechanical shops, collision centers, and fleet accounts. You will be the main contact for a proactive, efficient parts operation.

You will manage orders, coordinate deliveries, and build lasting relationships with trade professionals, using EPC and CDK Drive to lookup parts and reconcile accounts in a fast-paced dealership setting.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Experience in automotive dealership parts departments or high-volume aftermarket sales preferred.
• Proactive communication and accountability in managing orders and collections.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow a portfolio of wholesale accounts through calls and in-person visits.
• Process parts orders via phone and online platforms, lookup parts with EPC catalogs.
• Coordinate deliveries and track logistics to meet ETA targets for wholesale customers.
• Monitor open orders and AR balances, pursuing collections when needed.
