Qualifications

• Must have completed GMITO Class or equivalent and have a store ready AM4.
• Demonstrated high volume mentality and supervised in a store that exceeds Service Standards.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds.
• Proficient math and technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach store team with high standards for service and quality.
• Manage inventory, cash handling, scheduling, and labor to hit profits.
• Ensure health code standards are met and safety policies followed.
• Provide local marketing and community involvement.
