Love’s Travel Stops is seeking a hands-on General Manager to oversee daily operations across fuel, retail, and on-site services. You will lead staff, optimize revenue, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3+ years of multi-unit management with strong P&L experience and a focus on customer service and operational excellence. A results-driven leader with staff development skills is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail/food service/travel stop or c-store management.
• 3+ years managing operations with annual sales of $2M+.
• 3+ years handling budgets and P&L statements.
• 3+ years supervising 5–10+ employees.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and possibly motor vehicle/DOT checks.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of fuel sales, retail, convenience store, restaurant and on-site services.
• Drive revenue growth via marketing, promotions, and customer service.
• Hire, train and supervise staff including cashiers, maintenance, and restaurant personnel.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for fuel, food service, and employment.
• Enforce company policies, health and safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-maintained facility at all times.
