Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store management environment.
• 2+ years managing operations with annual sales of $2+ million+.
• 2+ years supervising 5–10+ employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple business areas (retail, fuel, restaurant, kitchen, truck care).
• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility and equipment.
• Drive sales through effective ordering, stocking, and merchandising standards.
• Support the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, and reporting.
• Analyze profit and loss and implement improvements to drive opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
