Ideal candidates bring 2+ years of management experience in retail or travel stops, proven P&L involvement, and strong organizational and leadership skills to support growth and hiring initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple store functions (retail, fuel, restaurant, kitchen, truck care).
• Maintain safe, clean facilities and perform safety checks.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory, and merchandising standards.
• Support the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Interpret profit and loss data and implement changes to improve opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
