Responsibilities include leading a team, managing processes, and analyzing profit and loss to capitalize on opportunities, with collaboration on talent acquisition; 2+ years in retail management required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail, travel stop or c-store management.
• 2+ years managing operations with $2+ million annual sales.
• 2+ years supervising and training 5-10+ employees.
• Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen and truck care.
• Ensure a safe, clean facility through maintenance and safety checks.
• Drive sales via ordering, stocking, inventory management and merchandising.
• Assist the General Manager with tasks, scheduling, cash integrity, reporting.
• Analyze profit and loss statements and drive opportunities.
• Collaborate with managers on talent acquisition.
