Job summary

Red White & Blue Thrift is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) to participate in a structured program that prepares you for assignment as a General Manager. You will learn to drive store profitability, customer service excellence, and leadership across the team, gaining hands-on experience with experienced leaders before assuming ownership of a future store.

During training you will develop skills in sales growth, production quotas, and people development to position yourself for long-term

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Teams, Outlook and HRIS.
• Ability to work independently and complete tasks.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the store's profitability and drive top-line sales.
• Maintain efficient backroom operations and meet production quotas.
• Develop and train the Production and Retail Managers.
• Create dynamic staff scheduling to control labor costs.
• Oversee onboarding, candidate interviews, and retention efforts.
• Assist with data entry, IT and facilities requests as time allows.
