Job summary

During the training, you will team with experienced leaders, gain hands-on experience, and develop the competencies needed to take full ownership of a store's results once a position becomes available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Outlook and HRIS.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Retail, thrift, warehouse or customer-facing experience is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Own the store's financial performance and drive sales growth.
• Develop and train store leadership to ensure high performance.
• Create dynamic scheduling to optimize staffing and costs.
• Ensure compliance with wage/hour laws and company policies.
• Maintain customer service standards and store cleanliness.
