Qualifications

• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred, enabling effective interaction with customers and donors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• High level of computer proficiency including MS Office, Teams and HRIS.
• Ability to work independently and complete assignments within instructions and routines.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous thrift, retail, warehouse, or customer-facing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead training and development for managers, with emphasis on store profitability and people leadership.
• Oversee scheduling, onboarding and performance processes to build bench strength.
• Manage store operations to meet production quotas and deliver strong customer experience.
• Monitor compliance with wage and hour laws, safety standards, and company policies.
• Support backroom efficiency and merchandise productivity to drive sales.
