Job summary

RWB Thrift is seeking a Manager in Training (MIT) in Louisiana to join a structured program designed to prepare you for eventual General Manager responsibilities. You will learn to drive store profitability, customer service excellence, and leadership across operations.

During training you will work alongside experienced leaders, gain hands-on experience, and develop competencies to lead a store when placed at a location. Upon completion, ownership of store performance is expected.

Qualifications

Proficiency in both English and Spanish preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High-level computer proficiency (MS Office, Teams, Outlook, HRIS).
Ability to work independently and complete assignments within established guidance.

Responsibilities

Own the store's P&L and drive top-line sales and profitability.
Ensure efficient operations by meeting production quotas and maintaining service standards.
Develop and train leadership to build bench strength and talent pipelines.
Create dynamic scheduling to optimize coverage and reduce labor costs.
Maintain fair, documented performance processes and staff development.
Ensure compliance with wage, hour, and equal employment opportunity laws.
