Job summary

Five Star Pizza, a locally owned Domino’s restaurant, seeks motivated candidates for its General Manager Fast Track Training Program. The 12-week GMIT program provides hands-on store operations experience, leadership coaching, and milestones toward promotion to General Manager, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities include controlling costs, staffing, scheduling, training, and driving profitability while upholding food safety and customer service standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Open availability including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Previous Domino’s experience preferred but not required.
• Desire to grow into a leadership role—readiness must be earned.
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle during work hours.

Responsibilities

• Control food costs through inventory management and audits.
• Optimize labor costs while maintaining appropriate staffing levels.
• Manage cash handling and financial reconciliation.
• Meet or exceed store profit targets.
• Recruit, hire and develop a high-performing store team.
• Create and manage staff schedules for efficiency.
• Conduct training sessions and performance evaluations.
• Motivate team members and foster a positive workplace culture.
• Ensure high-quality customer experiences and satisfaction.
• Maintain store cleanliness and appearance; respond to customer concerns promptly.
