Job summary

Team Murph, one of the largest Domino’s Pizza franchisees in the United States, is seeking a General Manager in Training to join its store management team. You will participate in a progressive training program while working in a fast-paced environment to become a restaurant General Manager.

This role focuses on operations leadership, customer service, training Team Members, and driving sales while maintaining food safety and brand standards.

Qualifications

• One year of management experience; previous Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years or older and pass background and drug screen.
• Meet image standards.
• Have a valid driver’s license with 2 years driving history and insured vehicle for driving managers.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work under stress, analyse data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays; schedule may change to cover store needs.
• Ability to stand or move up to 100% of work time.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Promote the Domino’s Pizza brand through professionalism and enthusiasm and effective communication.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust and follow up accordingly.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
• Ensure proper training of Team Members.
• Establish and maintain a high level of customer service.
• Motivate staff and lead by example.
• Protect the security of cash, inventory and other assets in accordance with company guidelines.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk-in cooler.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
