• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Provide professional image and positive brand representation.
• Review daily sales, food cost and labor; adjust and follow up.
• Ensure food safety compliance.
• Train Team Members effectively.
• Maintain high customer service levels.
