Qualifications

• One year of management experience or more is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass background and drug screen.
• Must meet Domino’s image standards and have a valid driver's license with 2 years driving history.

Responsibilities

• Direct restaurant operations to achieve high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure food safety compliance and quality standards.
• Train and develop Team Members; maintain high level of customer service.
• Protect cash, inventory, and assets per company policies.
• Lead by example and motivate staff to achieve goals.
