Qualifications

• One year of management experience; Domino’s experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to pass background and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license with two years driving history and insured vehicle for driving managers.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
• Maintain professionalism and effective communication to enhance Domino’s brand image.
• Review daily sales, food costs, and labor and adjust accordingly.
• Ensure food safety compliance and proper training of team members.
• Establish and maintain a high level of customer service; lead by example.
