Job summary

Hash Kitchen, a breakfast-brunch-lunch concept, seeks a General Manager in Fort Worth, TX to lead a 40–55 person team across a high-volume setting. You will prioritize culture, coaching, and owning the P&L while delivering Hash Kitchen standards each service.

You’ll oversee a 3–4 manager team, ensure guest satisfaction, manage scheduling, and drive performance across the operation with a focus on home dinner every night.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running a high-volume, full-service restaurant as a GM or AGM
• P&L ownership with a budget and accountability
• People-first leadership with focus on developing staff
• Attention to detail visible on the floor and in operations
• Clear communication in person and in writing, to teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Build and keep a strong team through hiring, training, and career paths
• Run a clean P&L, monitor sales and controllables, analyze numbers
• Deliver Hash Kitchen standards in food quality and hospitality
• Keep the facility compliant with health, safety and sanitation standards
