Next Level Networks, Inc. in Redondo Beach is seeking a General Manager to lead Next Level Connect. You will drive operational excellence, oversee fiber deployments, and manage high-stakes business development with major clients.

The role blends engineering depth with founder-level grit, requiring a hands-on leader who can design systems, build partnerships, and manage the full lifecycle from technical design to sales and client retention.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in telecom or related infrastructure environments.
• Deep knowledge of fiber optics, OSP/ISP operations, and network deployment.
• Strong engineering fundamentals in architecture, splicing, and link budgets.
• Experience with ROW access, pole attachments, and permitting processes.
• Proven track record in B2B technical sales or business development.
• Capital project management experience and startup execution mindset.

Responsibilities

• Strategically define and execute the operational roadmap for fiber deployments.
• Lead sales to Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients and manage complex service contracts.
• Oversee end-to-end project management for FTTX projects from planning to build.
• Bridge engineering and stakeholders to ensure technically sound, viable designs.
• Serve as primary escalation point for key accounts and upsell opportunities.
• Refine internal processes for supply chain, subcontractor oversight, and field ops.
