MP Nexlevel, LLC seeks an Operations Manager to oversee data center, telecom, and connectivity infrastructure initiatives. Responsibilities include enforcing standards, leading a diverse team, and driving efficiency across networks and field operations.

Candidates should bring a strong background in utility construction or telecom infrastructure, with excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• High School education or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Valid DOT health card.
• Experience in data center, mission-critical, telecom, fiber, structured cabling, or connectivity infrastructure preferred.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
• Ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and correspondence.
• Ability to use computer/electronic devices.
• Able to read blueprints and follow job specifications and orders.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Enforce procedures and standards to improve efficiency.
• Develop strategies to ensure operational efficiency.
• Monitor KPIs to identify improvement areas.
• Optimize supply chain and manage vendor relationships.
• Improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor the team with clear goals and feedback.
• Prepare reports on operations and performance metrics.
• Manage resources to ensure efficient use.
• Oversee training and development of crew.
• Understand contract scope, specs, and milestones.
• Handle purchasing, reporting, and approvals per authority matrix.
• Complete safety audits and administrative documentation.
• Authorize invoices, receipts, and fuel charges promptly.
• Represent the company's mission and values.
• Provide safety training as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
