Job summary

MOM's Organic Market is expanding and we are seeking candidates for our General Manager Development Program. You will receive one-on-one mentorship from seasoned leaders and participate in high-quality training across stores in the region.

We look for individuals with at least a bachelor’s degree and 2 years of grocery management experience, or 4+ years in retail management. Expect early starts at 4am and late finishes including weekends, with strong emphasis on customer experience and hands-on

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 2 years of grocery management experience OR at least 4 years of experience in a retail management role.
• Willingness to start early shifts at 4am and finish by 11pm, including weekends.
• Passion for hiring and developing the best employees.
• Laser-like focus on the customer experience.
• Enthusiasm for hands-on leadership and team collaboration.
