Job summary

MOM's Organic Market is seeking candidates for its MIT Program to grow future store leaders. The program emphasizes leadership training, real-world practice in ordering and schedule writing, and cross-store experience across MOM's locations.

Participants complete an Individual Development Plan with regular coaching and feedback, with the goal of advancing to Department Manager or Assistant General Manager roles after program completion. Compensation is provided during the program.

Qualifications

• Track record of success in a role with responsibility and accountability.
• Willingness to work across multiple MOM's locations to gain diverse store experience.
• Interest in leadership development and growing into store leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Develop an Individual Development Plan (IDP) with learning goals and regular feedback.
• Master tasks such as ordering and schedule writing as part of leadership development.
• Rotate through a minimum of two MOM's stores to gain exposure to different management styles.
• Maintain flexibility in scheduling, including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Gain growth opportunities into Department Manager or Assistant General Manager roles.
• Support store leadership and contribute to a positive customer experience.
