Job summary

MOM's Organic Market is seeking candidates for the Grocery Manager In Training (GMIT) program. It provides a structured path to grow MOM's future Grocery Managers with quality training and regular coaching.

The role develops leadership, includes an Individual Development Plan (IDP), and targets readiness for store leadership. Participants will rotate across at least two stores within about an hour's drive, with mornings, evenings, weekends required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 5 years minimum related work experience.
• Dependable with flexible scheduling including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Focus on leadership development through the GMIT program.
• IDP will be created with learning goals and progress check-ins.
• Occasional multi-store assignments to gain diverse experience.
• Maintain scheduling availability across shifts and weekends.
• Support store operations and customer experience through leadership training.
