Job summary

MOM's Organic Market is offering a Grocery Manager in Training (GMIT) program designed to cultivate our next generation of store leaders. The program provides structured training, feedback, and coaching to build leadership skills and influence store operations.

As a GMIT you will rotate across multiple stores, gain hands-on experience, and participate in an Individual Development Plan with regular check-ins.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 5 years minimum related work experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong communication and attention to detail.
