Job summary

MOM's Organic Market is expanding in the Westchester County area and beyond. As part of our General Manager Development Program, you will receive one-on-one mentorship from our team of experienced leaders and gain professional and personal development through structured, high-quality training and feedback.

You will work in stores across the region, contribute to P&L management and metrics reporting, and make a positive impact on operations while advancing into general management roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 2 years grocery management or 4 years retail management experience preferred.
• Strong focus on customer experience and leadership abilities.
• Ability to mentor and develop teams across multiple stores.

Responsibilities

• Receive one-on-one mentorship from senior leaders and participate in structured training.
• Work in stores across the region to drive performance and consistency.
• Impact P&L management and metrics reporting; contribute to operational excellence.
