Command, the company’s dedicated product for software development teams, seeks a General Manager to own strategy, product direction, operating model, and business outcomes across a cross-functional organization.

This role is based in San Francisco with an office-centric hybrid schedule: in-office Monday, Tuesday and Thursday; Wednesdays may be remote; Fridays depend on work. Recruiter will share more during interviews.

Qualificações

• Experience leading a product line or business with clear ownership.
• Strong understanding of software development workflows and enterprise buyers.
• Ability to translate complex AI-enabled capabilities into executive-level strategies.

Responsabilidades

• Define strategy and roadmap for Command within the product portfolio.
• Own the business plan and operational metrics (adoption, retention, engagement, expansion).
• Build and scale a cross-functional organization across PM, Eng, Design, GTM, and CS.
• Drive product quality, performance, and developer trust in partnership with Eng and Design.
• Define AI Teammates and Enterprise Work Graph use cases to differentiate workflows.
