Job summary

Acquisition Network, in partnership with Career Launch, seeks a Group Product Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area to set product direction and drive growth. You will lead product leaders across areas and translate customer and market insight into strategy with cross-functional teams.

The role requires a track record of leading software products at scale, strong executive communication, and the ability to make clear decisions with imperfect information.

Qualifications

• Experience leading software or technology products at meaningful scale.
• Strong customer discovery, prioritization, analytical, and commercial judgment.
• Experience partnering closely with engineering and design teams.
• Ability to make clear decisions when information is incomplete and priorities compete.
• Excellent written, verbal, and executive communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage product leaders and coordinate strategy across related product areas.
• Own product strategy, priorities, and outcomes for a meaningful product area.
• Develop a clear view of customer needs, competitive alternatives, and market opportunities.
• Lead discovery and roadmap decisions with engineering, design, data, sales, and customer teams.
• Write clear product requirements and decision documents that keep teams aligned.
• Measure adoption, retention, revenue, and customer outcomes and adjust priorities accordingly.
• Present strategy, progress, risks, and tradeoffs to executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
