Job summary

Crash Champions in Clearwater, FL is seeking a leadership‑oriented dispatcher/production manager to oversee the front and back of shop operations. You will assign repairs to technicians, manage daily production flow, and ensure delivery meets stringent quality standards in line with I‑Car guidelines.

The role requires strong leadership, a track record of meeting deadlines, and proficiency with CCC ONE Total Repair Software.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of collision industry including insurance procedures and carrier requirements.
• Aptitude in decision‑making and problem solving.
• Ability to lead and work collaboratively to meet objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve results.
• Proficient with CCC ONE Total Repair Software and related systems.
• Proficient with Computers and other technology.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs, manage front and back of shop, ensure throughput and quality.
• Labor assignment and production management, prioritize teardown or paint.
• Support teammates during peak times by handling customer intake, vehicle check‑in and estimates.
• Monitor production to meet goals and ensure correct billing and PPE safety.
• Complete payroll and staffing tasks, manage punch‑in/out and PTO.
• Coordinate daily production with Body Technicians, Collision Estimator and Parts Managers.
• Prepare DRP estimates after full disassembly and update as needed.
