Job summary

Crash Champions is seeking a Shop Manager to lead front and back of shop operations, from vehicle intake through delivery, ensuring high throughput and service quality. You will supervise labor, assign repairs to technicians, and coordinate with estimators and parts managers to meet KPIs.

The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and timely, accurate payroll and staffing decisions to support growth across multiple locations. A strong understanding of collision repair processes is required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Collision Industry including high-level knowledge of insurance procedures and requirements for a variety of carriers.
• Aptitude in decision-making and problem solving.
• Ability to lead and work collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and achieve successful results.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed location revenue goals and KPIs; manage front and back of shop from intake to delivery.
• Labor assignment and production management; assign repair jobs and prioritize teardown/paint.
• Support teammates during peak times; assist with customer check-in and estimates.
• Monitor production to ensure adherence to quality standards and accurate billing; maintain PPE protocols.
• Oversee payroll and staffing; manage punch-in/out and PTO for weekly payroll.
• Coordinate daily production flow with Body Technicians, Collision Estimator and Parts Managers.
• Write DRP-compliant estimates after full disassembly and damage discovery; update and lock estimates.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and development of teammates for role progression.
