Job summary

Walmart is seeking a store leadership professional to lead and develop teams, drive profitability, and deliver exceptional customer service in the Miramar, FL area. The role emphasizes coaching, budgeting, and implementing store initiatives to improve operations and the guest experience.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training requirements may apply.
• Associates will be required to attend and complete trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy, Open Door).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and listening to associates, guiding store operations and feedback.
• Drives store financial performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates, assigning duties and promoting belonging.
• Coordinates and oversees job-related activities, building relationships with stakeholders and measuring progress toward goals.
