Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams effectively by teaching, training, listening, and providing feedback to associates.
• Drive store performance by reviewing P&L, budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses.
• Ensure exceptional customer service using Walmart One Best Way (OBW) service model.
• Implement action plans to improve operations, merchandising, and process efficiency.
