• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training, listening to associates, and providing feedback.
• Manages store operations, customer service initiatives, and business solutions following company direction.
• Drives store sales and profit by monitoring budgets, expenses, merchandising, and shrink; improves processes for a high-quality customer experience.
