MGM Resorts International is seeking a Restaurant General Manager for Red Plate at The Cosmopolitan in Las Vegas. You will lead the team to deliver exceptional Cantonese dining, drive profitability, and align with MGM’s brand standards.

Responsibilities include managing daily operations, labor, scheduling, training, and coordination with culinary and marketing teams to enhance VIP experiences and guest satisfaction in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience managing a Chinese restaurant.
• Experience managing employees under a collective bargaining agreement preferred.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, labor and scheduling, inventory control and guest service standards.
• Lead and develop service team and coordinate with Executive Chef to ensure seamless kitchen-service integration.
• Drive marketing initiatives, optimize reservation channels and represent the restaurant in leadership meetings.
• Maintain health, sanitation and cleanliness standards and ensure compliance training for staff.
• Foster a collaborative, inclusive work environment and ensure staff development and succession planning.
