Experts in operations, process, and efficiency who ensure a consistent guest experience by maintaining product presentation, stock levels, pricing, and signage. The team manages inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and promotional activities across all store areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service, ensuring a fresh and food-safe environment. They also handle fulfillment tasks such as pick, pack, and ship.

• Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and supporting a guest-first culture
• Experience in retail fundamentals like sales trends, inventory management, and process improvements
• Ability to execute daily tasks supporting business priorities and sales goals

Typical responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests warmly and authentically
• Understanding guest needs through body language and verbal cues
• Engaging with guests to understand and meet their needs
• Maintaining knowledge of store tools, products, and services to assist guests effectively
• Expressing gratitude to guests and making their shopping experience positive
• Ensuring sales floors are zoned, stocked, signed, and priced correctly
• Prioritizing workload with leadership support based on business and guest needs
• Setting up signage and executing inbound, replenishment, and signing processes
• Maintaining inventory accuracy and presentation standards
• Understanding operational procedures affecting stock and sales
• Operating power equipment if certified
