We are experts in operations, process, and efficiency, ensuring a consistent guest experience by maintaining product presentation, stock levels, accurate pricing, and signage. Our team manages inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and promotional activities across all General Merchandise areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh and food-safe experience. We also support efficient delivery through pick, pack, and ship fulfillment.

• Support guest service fundamentals and foster a guest-first culture
• Understand retail fundamentals like sales trends, inventory management, and process improvements
• Execute daily workload supporting business priorities and sales goals

Typical responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests warmly and authentically
• Assessing guest needs and providing assistance or interaction accordingly
• Engaging with guests to understand their needs and offering solutions
• Staying knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services
• Ensuring the sales floor is well-zoned, stocked, signed, and priced
• Supporting inbound, replenishment, and signing processes
• Executing operational procedures like planograms, inventory, and presentation standards
• Operating power equipment if certified
• Following safety and compliance policies
• Supporting guest services, including cashiering and digital fulfillment
• Performing other duties as needed
