About the Role

The General Merchandise and Food Sales team ensures a seamless shopping experience by managing product placement, inventory, pricing, and promotional signage across all store areas. The team also oversees Food & Beverage and Food Service, ensuring safety and freshness, and supports fulfillment operations like pick, pack, and ship.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with guests authentically to understand and meet their needs
• Maintain knowledge of store tools, products, and services to assist guests effectively
• Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, accurately signed, and properly priced
• Support inbound, replenishment, and inventory accuracy processes
• Follow operational procedures, including planogram (POG) compliance and safety protocols
• Assist with guest services, including cashiering and digital fulfillment
• Perform other duties as needed based on business requirements
