Role Description

The General Merchandise and Food Sales team ensures a consistent guest experience through effective product presentation, inventory management, and operational efficiency. The team manages inbound, outbound, replenishment, and promotional activities across all store areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by greeting and engaging with guests authentically.
• Assist guests by understanding their needs and offering solutions using store tools and knowledge.
• Maintain the sales floor with accurate signing, pricing, and product placement.
• Execute inbound, replenishment, and signing processes efficiently.
• Follow safety, compliance, and operational procedures diligently.
• Support various store functions, including cashiering and digital fulfillment.

Qualifications

• Enthusiasm for working in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
• Strong guest service skills and a helpful attitude.
• Ability to communicate effectively and operate store technology.
• Physical ability to lift merchandise up to 44 pounds and work on ladders.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
