ALL ABOUT GENERAL MERCHANDISE

We are experts in operations, process, and efficiency, ensuring a consistent guest experience through product placement, stock management, pricing, and signage. Our team leads inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, and promotional activities for all GM areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service, ensuring a fresh and food-safe experience. We enable efficient delivery by managing pick, pack, and ship fulfillment.

This role offers an opportunity to build skills in guest service, retail fundamentals, inventory management, and process improvement. No two days are the same, but typical responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests warmly and authentically
• Understanding guest needs through body language and conversation
• Engaging with guests to enhance their shopping experience
• Knowing store tools, products, and services to assist guests effectively
• Ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked, signed, and accurately priced
• Supporting inbound, replenishment, and signing processes
• Executing pricing, presentation, and inventory accuracy tasks
• Understanding operational procedures like planograms and salesfloor management
• Operating power equipment if certified
• Following safety, ethical, and compliance standards
• Supporting guest services, including cashiering and digital fulfillment
• Performing other duties as needed
