ALL ABOUT GENERAL MERCHANDISE

We are experts in operations, process, and efficiency, ensuring a consistent guest experience through product presentation, stocking, pricing, and signage. Our team manages inbound and outbound logistics, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and promotional activities for all General Merchandise areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh and food-safe experience. We facilitate efficient delivery through pick, pack, and ship fulfillment.

This role offers opportunities to build skills in guest service, retail fundamentals, inventory management, and process improvement. No two days are the same, but typical responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests warmly and engaging with them to understand their needs
• Ensuring the sales floor is well-stocked, accurately signed, and properly priced
• Executing inbound, replenishment, and signing processes
• Maintaining safety, compliance, and operational standards
• Supporting guest services like checkout and digital fulfillment
