We are experts in operations, process, and efficiency, ensuring a consistent guest experience through product presentation, stock management, pricing, and signage. Our team manages inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and promotional activities across the store, including Food & Beverage services, providing a fresh, food-safe experience and supporting fulfillment efforts.

• Support guest service fundamentals and foster a guest-first culture
• Understand retail fundamentals like sales trends, inventory management, and process improvements
• Execute daily tasks to support business priorities and sales goals

Your typical day may include:

• Greeting guests warmly and authentically
• Observing body language and verbal cues to assist guests effectively
• Engaging with guests to understand and meet their needs
• Knowing store tools, products, and services to resolve issues and enhance experiences
• Expressing gratitude to guests and making them feel valued
• Maintaining product signage, pricing, and stock levels across GM areas
• Executing inbound, replenishment, and signing processes
• Managing operational procedures like planograms and inventory accuracy
• Operating power equipment if certified and following safety protocols
• Supporting guest services including cashiering and digital fulfillment, complying with legal requirements

• Climbing ladders and moving merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and environmental conditions
