As a General Merchandise Expert, you'll support guest service, inventory management, and operational processes, contributing to a dynamic and engaging work environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and assist with their needs
• Understand guest cues and tailor interactions accordingly
• Stay knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services
• Maintain accurate signage, pricing, and product placement
• Execute inbound, replenishment, and signing processes
• Follow operational procedures and safety protocols
• Support guest services, including cashiering and digital fulfillment
