We are experts in operations, process, and efficiency, ensuring a consistent guest experience through product availability, accurate pricing, and signage. Our team manages inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory, presentation, and promotional signing for all GM areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service, providing a fresh and food-safe experience. We also handle pick, pack, and ship fulfillment to support guest needs.

Typical responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests warmly and authentically
• Understanding guest needs through body language and verbal cues
• Engaging with guests to understand their needs and provide assistance
• Being knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to solve issues and enhance guest experience
• Expressing gratitude to guests and acknowledging their patronage
• Maintaining sales floor zones, stock levels, signage, and pricing accuracy
• Executing inbound, replenishment, backroom, and signing processes
• Following operational procedures like planogram compliance and inventory accuracy
• Operating power equipment safely if certified
• Supporting guest services such as cashiering and digital fulfillment, ensuring safety and compliance
• Performing other duties as needed based on business requirements
