ALL ABOUT GENERAL MERCHANDISE

Our experts in operations, process, and efficiency ensure a consistent guest experience by maintaining product presentation, stock levels, accurate pricing, and signage. The General Merchandise and Food Sales team manages inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and promotional activities across the store. They also oversee Food & Beverage and Food Service, ensuring freshness and food safety, and support fulfillment through pick, pack, and ship processes.

This role offers opportunities to develop skills in guest service, retail fundamentals, inventory management, and process improvement, with a dynamic daily routine that includes:

• Greeting guests and creating a welcoming environment
• Understanding guest needs through body language and conversation
• Providing knowledgeable assistance on products and services
• Maintaining the sales floor and signage
• Executing inbound, replenishment, and inventory processes
• Operating equipment safely and following operational procedures
• Supporting guest services and maintaining safety and compliance
