ALL ABOUT GENERAL MERCHANDISE

Experts in operations, process, and efficiency who ensure a consistent guest experience by managing product placement, stock levels, pricing, and signage. The team oversees inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, and promotional signing across all GM areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service, ensuring a fresh and food-safe experience. They also support efficient delivery through pick, pack, and ship fulfillment.

The role offers opportunities to build skills in guest service, retail fundamentals, inventory management, and process improvements, supporting sales and operational goals.

Typical Responsibilities

• Greet guests authentically and create a welcoming environment.
• Observe and understand guest needs through body language and verbal cues.
• Engage with guests to understand their needs and provide assistance.
• Be knowledgeable about store tools, products, and services to resolve issues and enhance guest experience.
• Ensure the sales floor is well-stocked, accurately signed, and properly priced.
• Support inbound, replenishment, and signing processes, and execute operational procedures like planogram (POG) compliance.
• Operate power equipment safely if certified.
• Follow safety policies, support guest services, and maintain compliance with laws, including alcohol regulations.
• Perform other duties as needed based on business requirements.
