About General Merchandise

Our experts ensure operational efficiency and a consistent guest experience by managing product placement, stock levels, pricing, and signage across the store. The team oversees inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, and promotional activities, including Food & Beverage and Food Service, ensuring freshness and safety. They also handle fulfillment tasks like pick, pack, and ship.

The role offers opportunities to develop skills in guest service, retail fundamentals, inventory management, and process improvement. No two days are alike, but typical responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests warmly and offering assistance
• Understanding guest needs through body language and conversation
• Sharing product knowledge and solving issues
• Maintaining accurate signage and stock levels
• Executing inbound, replenishment, and signage processes
• Operating equipment safely and following operational procedures
