ALL ABOUT GENERAL MERCHANDISE

Our experts focus on operations, process, and efficiency to ensure a consistent guest experience through product presentation, in-stock availability, accurate pricing, and signage. The team manages inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and promotional activities across all GM areas, including Food & Beverage and Food Service. They enable efficient delivery by managing pick, pack, and ship fulfillment.

The role offers opportunities for skill development in guest service, retail fundamentals, inventory management, and process improvement. No two days are the same, but typical responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and creating a welcoming environment
• Understanding guest needs through body language and conversation
• Providing knowledgeable assistance on products, tools, and services
• Ensuring the sales floor is properly zoned, stocked, signed, and priced
• Executing inbound, replenishment, and signing processes
• Maintaining operational procedures, safety, and compliance
• Supporting guest services, including cashiering and digital fulfillment
