About General Merchandise

Our experts in operations, process, and efficiency ensure a consistent guest experience by maintaining product presentation, stock levels, accurate pricing, and signage. The team manages inbound, outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and promotional activities across all store areas, including Food & Beverage.

Role of a General Merchandise Expert

This role offers diverse daily responsibilities, including:

• Greeting guests authentically and assisting with their needs
• Understanding store tools, products, and services to enhance guest experience
• Maintaining organized and accurately signed sales floors
• Executing inbound, replenishment, and signing processes
• Following operational procedures and safety policies
• Supporting guest services such as cashiering and digital fulfillment

Qualifications and Skills
